What was The Galpy

The Galpy was a blog written by two young men who lived (one still does) in London. They explored various aspects of life, with Ganesh even using the city as his setting. While Alp explored human nature and naïveté, Ganesh wrote about his shenanigans in London. One can easily make out the difference between the two authors in terms of what they write about, as well as their styles of writing. Please feel free to make comments on the posts, and if you want to know about the authors, don't hesitate to contact either partner.

We also encouraged capable guest writers to contribute and expand the palette of literary talent boasted on the blog. For writing opportunities please leave a comment on any of our posts.

A message from Ganesh, mid 2018:

I haven't written for this blog in a while, as one might tell from the gap between posts. It's only now, approximately four years later, that I have been able to compare my views from when I was not even an adult (legally or emotionally) but thought I was one, to when I am an adult, but don't really think I am anymore. It's fair to say that I have changed a lot. Some of the stories I wrote might come off a little insensitive, which, of course, I did not intend. However, I really do not wish to delete these stories, since I find them quite amusing, as do many of The Galpy's readers (I speak solely for myself, and not for Alp, on this matter). If you think there is further discussion that could be had on this issue, please feel free to leave a comment on the relevant post, and I shall get back to you as soon as I can!
